Scar on the car!

 

Ohh Wow! He has got an expensive car.

We were in same school together, 

But now he has reached miles afar

Dollars and pounds excited him since childhood

But I could barely witness some INR

I should have done something better in life

Look, he has got such an wonderful car.

Surprisingly, I got a lift the other day,

Jealously burning me inside out as I say,

"What a beautiful car, you have buddy!"

"Ohh yeah! My 3rd one in the radar.

You know, my fetish for car".

Front seat was defining luxury, 

I was out of words, till I witnessed a scar,

"Hey! you need to get rid of this scar,

Its spoiling the beauty of this car"

"No, I prefer the way it is,

It reminds me of something spectacular"

"The car was new and I was at a mall,

Waiting for a parking slot to appear,

Then, suddenly, a child came running at me,

But, I avoided him as he wasn't familiar

To grab my attention, he threw a stone,

Wait!... Really.... 

My new car has a dent already.....

Furious as I was never before,

Caught that child's collar,

Asking - Why such an act in particular ?

Joining hands, he pleaded

"My paralyzed uncle has collapsed

No one is helping since an hour

And I am really stressed

His wheelchair is too heavy to lift

I need help", he confessed

"After helping him, I literally felt blessed

Not because of this car,

But because of this very scar"

These words made me embarrassed

As I realized what my friend actually possessed.
